THE OVERVIEW

Amazon vendor needed our support regarding the operational management of their digital shelf in United States. The client’s assortment consisted of over 1,000 plus product listings. Due to this large portfolio, the client was paying high operational costs to maintain their digital shelf with time-consuming manual processes. This overwhelming workload negatively affected content quality and complicated the process of tracking product listings.

Using the client’s needs and current process as a basis to compare product experience management tools, we then implemented the most effective tool for a streamlined product launch process.

Finally, we outlined a new, unified content guide that could easily be scaled across all brands, markets. The guide was focused on producing high-converting Amazon content which would be highly relevant to both the brand identity and target groups.
